How do I get a quotation?
Add products to your inquiry list or email us the model numbers and quantities you need. We reply with pricing within 24 hours on business days.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory-direct manufacturer. Production, dyeing, assembly and packing all happen in our own workshop, which is why we can control quality and lead time.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and usually starts from 100-300 pieces per colour. Smaller trial orders are possible for most items so you can check quality before committing.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. We ship samples worldwide and the sample cost is refundable against your first bulk order for most items.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. Custom colours, flower heads, stems, bunch sizes, packaging and private labelling are all available. Send reference images or a physical sample and we will develop it for you.
How long is production and shipping?
Samples take 7-12 days. Bulk production is usually 15-30 days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight takes 25-40 days, air freight 5-10 days, and express 3-7 days.
