Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ardenlyflowers.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is written for the business buyers (importers, wholesalers, event companies and retail chains) we sell to.

Cookies and similar storage

Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site are always on. Everything else is set only after you accept it: no analytics cookie is written, and no Google script is loaded, before you make a choice. The banner appears again if we change this policy and raise its version number.

Who else sees your data

When personal data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (or an equivalent safeguard) with the provider concerned, and — for analytics cookies — on your explicit consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email sales@ardenlyflowers.com and we will act on it. If you are in the EEA or the UK and believe we handled your data badly, you may complain to your national supervisory authority — we would appreciate the chance to fix it first.

Security and retention

Access to the console requires an individual account and a password; two-step verification is available. Data is stored on an encrypted volume and transmitted over HTTPS. We keep personal data only for the periods listed above and delete it on a schedule.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy in a way that affects your data, we raise the version number and ask for your cookie choice again. The current version applies from the date shown in the footer of the site.
